The EP Equipment JX1 order picker is a distinctive solution, bridging the gap between low-level order pickers, ladders, and costly VNA trucks. It enables product retrieval at heights up to 6.5 meters, utilizing a compact and highly stable truck at a reasonable price point. Tailored for e-commerce and small-scale goods selection environments, this product enhances productivity and safety in both the warehouse and shopfloor aisles. The JX1 vertical order picker enhances warehouse productivity and minimises injury hazards. It offers a sturdy mast, a spacious working platform, and the necessary safety measures for efficient operations. The total lifting capacity is 500kg. The JX1 order picker can transport up to 500kg in total (227kg on the front tray, 136kg for the operator, and 137kg on the rear tray). The JX1 vertical order picker optimises warehouse productivity while mitigating injury risks. Its robust mast, ample working platform, and operator-friendly features ensure safe and efficient operations. The JX1 can elevate operators up to 4880mm, manoeuvre in tight spaces with a radius as small as 1385mm, and perform tasks while elevated and diagonally oriented to switch between assignments. Travel capabilities are provided by a high-efficiency AC drive motor, programmable via the onboard LCD dashboard. Power is supplied by a 205Alithium battery pack, supporting convenient opportunity charging from a standard 230V outlet.
